​How Do I Place An Order?​

ORDERING ONLINE IS EASY!!

STEP ONE: Browse at Your Leisure

  • On the main list of products, click a product to see additional information about the item.

  • On any other page, use the “Back to shop” button at the top right to get back to the main page.

STEP TWO: Add to Cart

  • Select the products or packages you wish to order, and click the “Add to Cart” button for each product. You can also choose to add more than one of each item using the box next to the “Add to Card” button.

  • Move your mouse to the “Shopping Bag” button at the top righty of the page (showing your current order total) to display the quantities of the items you have placed in your shopping bag and the total cost of your order.

  • If you wish to remove an item in your current order, simply go to your bag and select the "Remove item" link near the product name represented by the symbol 'X'. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

STEP THREE: Make Payment

  • When you've completed shopping, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in your shopping bag list, using the button at the top right of any page.

  • On Checkout page provide requested information for address, shipping and payment method.

  • Deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.

You may change the contents or the quantities of items in your shopping bag until you click “Submit Order”

After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. You will also receive an email confirmation promptly following each order.

STEP FOUR: Delivery Details

Free delivery for orders from Rs.1000-00 or a standard Rs150-00 for all orders below Rs.1000-00.

Our delivery times to main centers are 3 - 6 working days and possibly longer for outlying area's. We aim to deliver on time as promised, however things may happen that are beyond our control therefore we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered on time. You will be able to track your order using the tracking ID sent to you by email when your order leaves our warehouse. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Care.

How do I know if my order is successful?

Successful transactions are followed by a confirmation page on the website, as well as an email that is sent to you, which includes an order tracking number. Should you not receive such an email after sending us payment confirmation please:

        Check the “spam” or “junk mail” folder of your email account.
        Verify the order status by viewing it in your account, accessed via My account at the top of this page.
        Should you still experience problems, contact Customer Care to confirm your order.

 Please do NOT re-order your product without completing the above steps, as you may otherwise receive duplicate orders.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Transaction through WSS Retail is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. WSS Retail uses latest advanced encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on WSS Retail are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway managed by PayU Money.

Delivery Policy

If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions, the Online Terms and Conditions will prevail and will apply in respect of all products sold through this website.

Online Ordering and Email Confirmation

Products purchased through this website will be delivered to the physical address as detailed online in your account registration and creation process. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.

Courier Delivery

Deliveries will be performed by a professional courier company engaged by us. Deliveries will occur during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. You may need to sign for delivery and provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.

If you are not available to take delivery of your order, we will attempt a further delivery to the physical address  as provided by yourself during the online registration process. if still unsuccessful, either we or our courier company acting on our behalf, will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company.

In the event that we and/or our duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the registration process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and if prepaid, credit your account or refund you, less reasonable administration charges including the cost incurred by us for repeatedly attempting to deliver your order and for arranging for the return of your order.

Viewing your Order Status

To ascertain the status of your order, please view your order status under “My Account”. 

Delivery Times

Our delivery times will vary between 3-6 working days depending on, amongst other things, your delivery address. While we are firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame, particularly in the event that certain products contained in your order are temporarily (or permanently) unavailable.

Costs

All orders from Rs.1000.00 are delivered free of charge. There is a delivery fee of Rs150.00 for orders that are less than Rs.1000.00.

Our Liability

We are not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where there is an error in the information provided. It may also not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when registering and will arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to a different delivery address.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your order is delivered within 3 business days. While we will try to ensure a smooth delivery process, in the event that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time frames, you accept and agree that WSS Retail will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery of your order. You further acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or an inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies.

We deliver products in standard packaging. You understand and accept that the packaging of the products offered on this website (e.g., bottles, containers, packets, etc.) may be different from the packaging of the product that is delivered to you. All risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery; from the time when the risk passes to you, we will not be liable for any loss or destruction of the products.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged,defective or different from their description on the product detail page on WSS Retail.

  2. Return will be processed only if:

    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box/sachet/cover, MRP tag intact, and  the promotional free gift (if any) therein).

  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

  4. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  5. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

  6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

  7. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

  8. We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately; or simply send us an email. Provide as much information as you can about the problem, including: Your order number, The affected products, Your expectations i.e. refund or replacement. A Customer Care Specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible.

  9. A Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following stepsOn delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton. lf you are concerned, don't open the product yourself. Call the customer care for further assistance."                                                                                                                                       

  10. Please DO NOT DISCARD ANY ITEMS unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Care specialist. The replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

     

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
